Final pricing depends on venue location, guest count, coverage time, equipment needs, lighting, enhancements, and travel requirements. A 30% retainer reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event. You’ll receive a clear proposal and invoice with everything outlined. Yes. I’m available for select destination weddings depending on date, location, venue logistics, and travel requirements. Destination weddings are quoted custom so we can account for travel, lodging, equipment needs, venue restrictions, and the full scope of ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party coverage.
